Terms of Service

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using Regista you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. If you use Regista on iOS, Apple's standard licensed-application terms also apply where relevant.

2. Who can use Regista

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use Regista with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf — including Section 4.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Training risk — read this one

Football training is vigorous physical activity and carries inherent risk of injury, including serious injury. Regista provides training plans, drills, and guidance for general fitness and skill-development purposes. It is not medical advice, physiotherapy, or a substitute for professional supervision.

Before starting any training program, consult a physician — especially if you have any medical condition, injury history, or have been inactive. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek medical attention.

Train in safe environments, with appropriate equipment and warm-up. You are responsible for judging whether a drill, dose, or session is appropriate for your body, your surroundings, and your condition on the day. By using Regista you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from your training, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Not professional advice

Everything in Regista — plans, drills, tactical content, mind routines, and the AI coach — is informational and educational performance guidance. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional, or professional advice, and no coach-player, medical, or therapeutic relationship is created. The AI coach is a software feature: it can be wrong, and it does not know your body. When app guidance and a qualified professional disagree, listen to the professional.

6. Subscriptions

Parts of Regista require a paid subscription ("Regista Pro / The Director's Cut"), billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

7. Your content

You own what you upload and write (photos, notes, messages). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content to you — that is what running the service means. Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or depicts anyone who hasn't consented.

8. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, automated access, attempting to breach security, abusing the AI coach to generate harmful content, or interfering with other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Our content

The app, site, brand, drill library, tactical content, scripts, and design are owned by Lazer Cash LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Your subscription buys access, not ownership. Personal, non-commercial use only — a coach sharing a drill with their own team is fine; republishing our library is not.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Regista is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazer Cash LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including personal injury arising from your training decisions, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits; where that's the case, these apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify Lazer Cash LLC against claims arising from your violation of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the service.

12. Termination

You can stop using Regista and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature survive (4, 5, 9–13) survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits consumer rights you hold under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use Regista after changes take effect means you accept them.
