Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 7, 2026
This policy explains what Regista collects, why, and what we will never do with it. It covers the Regista mobile app and regista.club, operated by Lazer Cash LLC (Wyoming, USA). Short version: we collect what the product needs to coach you, we sell nothing, and your health data never leaves the job it was read for.
1. Who we are
Regista is operated by Lazer Cash LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company ("Regista", "we", "us"). For anything privacy-related, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
Account data. Your name and verified email from the sign-in provider you choose (Apple, Google, or email). Apple's private relay emails are fully supported. We receive nothing else from those providers — no contacts, photos, or social data.
Player profile. The answers you give in onboarding and settings: position, strong foot, experience level, goals, training schedule, available equipment, and optionally your weight (used only to estimate calories when no watch is connected).
Training data. Sessions, drills, and readings you log, including your self-reported ratings (how it felt, effort, touch quality) and any notes you write. This is the product — logging it is what makes your plan adapt.
Card photo. If you upload a photo for your player card, we store it to display your card across your devices. It is visible only to you and to anyone you personally share your card image with.
Apple Health data (with your permission only). If you connect Apple Health, we read workout data that overlaps your training sessions — heart rate, active calories, and distance — to enrich your session logs. We only read; connecting is optional; you can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings.
Coach conversations. Messages you exchange with the in-app coach are stored so the coach remembers your history.
Device and usage data. Device type, OS version, app version, crash reports, and anonymized usage events (screens opened, features used) so we can fix bugs and improve the product.
Payment data. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple (App Store). We never see or store your card details. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status.
3. How we use it
To run the product: build and adapt your training plan, render your card, keep your streaks honest, power the coach, and sync your data across devices.
To improve the product: aggregated, de-identified usage metrics tell us what works. These are never tied back to you for marketing.
To support you: answering your emails and fixing your bugs.
We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising. We do not use your data for ad targeting, on or off the app.
4. Apple Health — the hard promises
Health data is special and we treat it that way: it is used solely to display and enrich your own training logs and adapt your own plan. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, never shared with data brokers, and never disclosed to third parties except the infrastructure that stores your own account data. This is both our policy and a requirement we accept under Apple's HealthKit guidelines.
5. The AI coach
When you message the in-app coach, your message, recent training summary, and profile are processed by Anthropic (the AI provider) to generate the reply. Anthropic processes this data as a service provider and does not use it to train their models. Do not share information in the chat you would not want processed this way. The coach provides performance guidance only — it is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.
6. Who touches your data
Infrastructure only, under contract, to run the service: database and API hosting (Neon, Railway — USA), authentication (Google Firebase), AI processing (Anthropic), crash reporting and analytics (Sentry, PostHog), and Apple for payments. Each receives only what its job needs. If Regista is ever acquired or merged, your data transfers with the service under this same policy and you will be notified.
7. Where it lives, how long
Data is stored on servers in the United States. If you use Regista from elsewhere, you consent to that transfer. We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account (Settings → Delete account, or email us) and your profile, logs, photos, and coach history are permanently deleted within 30 days, except minimal records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
8. Kids
Regista is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are under 18, use Regista with a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Data travels encrypted (TLS) and is stored with encryption at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access is limited to what operating the service requires. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
10. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — in the app where possible, or by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor requests under all of them through the same email.
11. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top is always current.
